HK2001A Zimmer manual clamping element from the HK series — a tool-free, maintenance-free static clamp for profile linear rail guides. It employs a freely adjustable plastic lever for bi-stable opening/closing, delivering symmetric clamping via floating jaws. With a holding force of 1200 N and tightening torque of 7 Nm, it supports up to 50 000 static clamping cycles. Suitable for all common 20 mm profile rails (e.g. Hiwin, THK, SKF) and installs from above. Net weight approx. 0.26 kg. A spacer plate (e.g. PHK20-2) may be needed for rail carriage clearance.
