High‑precision feed separator with a 14 mm piston diameter and 20 mm stroke. Designed for double‑acting pneumatic operation, twin‑piston, non‑rotating rod with integrated locking mechanism and through-hole mounting for external fingers. Features up to 0.3 mm interchangeability accuracy, minimal backlash (Sx ≤ 0.05 mm, Sz ≤ 0.03 mm), ±0.12° jaw angular backlash, and theoretical finger forces up to 90 N (advance) and 75 N (return) at 6 bar. CRC 2 corrosion resistance, IP40, ambient 5–60 °C. Weight ~0.29 kg. Uses compressed air ISO 8573-1, accommodating lubricated or dry operations.
