It features a red semiconductor laser (655 nm), offering a measurement range of 75 to 130 mm with a reference distance of 100 mm. With a repeatability of 4 µm and linearity of ±0.15% F.S., it ensures accurate measurements. The sensor operates at sampling rates of 0.33 to 5 ms and is equipped with status indicators for laser emission, analog range, and reference distance. Its robust design includes an IP67-rated enclosure, allowing operation in temperatures from -10°C to +50°C and humidity levels of 35% to 85% RH. Constructed with durable materials like PBT housing and SUS304 metal parts, the IL-100 is suitable for various industrial applications.
