High-performance, housingless welding diode designed for industrial applications requiring high current handling and low forward voltage drop. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 400 V, an average forward current (IFAVM) of 13,526 A, and a non-repetitive peak forward current (IFSM) of 85,000 A. The diode's low threshold on-voltage of 0.758 V and low forward resistance of 0.021 mΩ contribute to its efficiency. Its press-pack design with a diameter of 63.5 mm allows for robust mechanical mounting, making it suitable for high-frequency applications up to 2000 Hz. The device operates reliably within a junction temperature range of -40°C to 180°C.
