A straight-line precision guide shaft made from 1045 carbon steel equivalent, featuring hard chrome plating for enhanced wear resistance. The PSFG8 series offers diameters from 8 mm and customizable lengths in 1 mm increments. Tolerance class f8 ensures smooth motion and compatibility with linear bushings. Ideal for high-precision automation, positioning systems, and guide rails. Available with no plating or with Chrome or Low Temp Black Chrome. Typical lengths range from 20 mm up to 1,000 mm with a standard 6-day lead time.
